| Service description | Koala Budget is an online household-finance service for individuals and families. The Free plan includes basic budgeting, expense tracking, basic reporting, and web/mobile access. The Personal Plan provides AI-powered receipt and document processing, advanced reports, and related features for 1 user only. The Family Plan includes the Personal Plan features and supports up to 20 people within one shared-finance family/group. It is not intended for separate, fully independent finances for each member. |
| Additional fees (beyond the price) | We do not charge additional merchant fees beyond the listed price. There are no shipping or COD fees. Internet access, mobile data, and device-side communication costs remain the customer’s responsibility. |
| Exchanges and returns policy | Because this is a digital service, refunds requested for customer convenience are generally not available after activation or after the relevant billing period has started, except where required by law. If there is a duplicate charge, billing error, major defect, or another issue caused by us, please contact [email protected]. We will investigate and provide an appropriate response, including correction or refund where applicable. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever possible. |

To stop the next renewal, cancellation must be completed by the day before the renewal date. After cancellation, the already paid subscription term remains available until the end of that term. |
